Data Stored on Your Device

Fairy Forest stores game data locally on your device so that the game can work and your progress can be continued. This can include game progress, unlocked content, in-game balances, daily-puzzle status and settings. Fairy Forest does not provide user accounts, cloud saves or a Unisarvi-operated gameplay analytics service, and Unisarvi Oy does not receive this local game data through the app.

Data Processed by Unisarvi Oy

Unisarvi Oy does not operate a user-account, cloud-save or central purchase-history service for Fairy Forest. The app processes Google Play purchase responses on your device as described below. If you choose to contact us, for example by email, we process the contact details and message content you provide in order to respond to your inquiry and handle it appropriately.

Advertising, Google Mobile Ads SDK and Consent

Fairy Forest uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner ads, interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. The game uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect and manage consent where this is required. Advertising requests are made only after UMP allows them. Where UMP requires or makes available a privacy-options entry point, you can revisit your advertising privacy choices from the game settings.

Google may process information made available through the advertising SDK, such as the app name, advertising identifier, IP address, device and operating-system information, ad interaction information and information derived from these data. Google may use this information to deliver and measure ads, limit frequency, prevent fraud and abuse, and—depending on your choices, eligibility and settings—personalise ads. Unisarvi Oy does not state that it receives these identifiers from Google.

Advertising Choices

Rewarded ads are optional: choosing not to view one does not itself start a rewarded action. The Remove Ads option, when available in the game, removes banner and interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads can still be available. Your UMP choices and Google account or device advertising controls may also affect the advertising you see.

In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing

Android in-app payments are processed by Google Play. Unisarvi Oy does not receive or process your payment-card details. To confirm a purchase and deliver or restore the relevant in-game item or entitlement, the app may receive technical purchase information from Google Play, such as the product identifier, purchase status, purchase token and acknowledgement or consumption status. This information is handled through the app and Google Play; Unisarvi Oy does not maintain its own central purchase-history database. Google processes and retains payment and purchase information under its own terms and privacy policies.

Children

Fairy Forest is not specifically directed at children. If the app configuration or target audience changes, this policy will be reviewed and updated as needed before publication.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Purchase-related technical information is processed in the app to confirm purchases and provide or restore the requested in-game item or entitlement. We process support communications to respond to you and manage the request. Google processes billing and advertising-related information under its own documentation and, for advertising where applicable, the consent choices made through UMP. Relevant legal bases can include performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests and legal obligations, depending on the processing and applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Google provides Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads SDK and UMP used by Fairy Forest. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy policies and may act as an independent controller for its processing. The app does not include a Unisarvi-operated user-account, cloud-save, central purchase-history or analytics service.

Retention

Local game data remains on your device until you remove the app, clear its data or otherwise reset it. We retain support communications only for as long as necessary to respond and manage the matter, unless a longer period is required by law. Google determines retention for information it processes under its own policies.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability where applicable. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
